Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the affected item(s)
  • Your order number

If multiple items with the same design are affected, please provide a photo or video showing all items together.

Lost Packages If your package appears to be lost, please first check with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup. If the package is still unlocated, contact us within one week after the estimated delivery window has passed:

  • 30 days for domestic US orders
  • 45 days for international orders

What We Cannot Cover We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • Minor size variations of less than 1 inch from our size guide
  • Low-quality prints resulting from a low-resolution image submitted by the customer
  • Minor print placement variations within 0.5 inches (standard for direct-to-garment printing)
